Toni hosted another blog carnival this month and it's I dream about peaches 'n cream. I have been wanting to make kwarktaart, yoghurt cheese or quark cheese cake, for a while so last night we made one out of a box. It was a simple mixing of ingredients which are the yoghurt cheese, whipped cream, water and the peach flavored powder mix. The bottom is made of butter and something like graham cracker crumbs, not sure what it was because it also came in the box. We let it sit in the fridge overnight and enjoyed it with our afternoon tea today.

Side note: Went to check for lenses today and the one Nikon has which I've been eyeing for sometime now cost more than the camera. I might have to settle for a Tamron in the meantime.

| Learn something new every day...so kwarktaart is like American cheesecake, but not really hehe I'll have to try it next time I'm in the NL to know for sure :) Yes it is kind of like American cheesecake only softer and the taste has a tinge of sourness in it but not really! |
