Bring it on
16 January 2008 I have been cleaning and sorting for more than a week now. I rearranged and removed some furniture to have more space in the living room, filled three trash bags with clothes and shoes to give away, stored unused clothes in plastic storage bins, threw away more crap, organized our cabinets and closets, and there are still loads to do! This is how I cope with winter. It gets my mind off the cold and the gloomy atmosphere outside because, frankly, I'm really not liking winter this year.Good thing I have things to think about than the depressing weather. There are a lot of birthdays this month and our wedding anniversary is in two days. It's gonna be a busy weekend as Mike will also turn 26 on Sunday and I still haven't bought his present but that will be taken cared of soon. It seems like time is on a bullet train.
I have to start my day early tomorrow to visit the stores and get things done here at home. I don't want to be doing any chore than the usual this weekend. Oh, I can't wait till this week is over so then I can tell myself to take it easy and maybe get my hands back on crafting and painting bedroom walls. I might be experiencing some kind of high right now because thinking about the work I have yet to do makes me dizzy, in a good way.
My word! The first month of the new year isn't even over yet and I already know that this year is gonna be wild and different. I can feel it.
Addon: So much for an early start. I woke up late! :(
