19 June 2007 Sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you are sad.

That you don't feel like doing anything else but sit at the bottom of the stairs with your hands cupping your face while humming random tunes.

That watching a feel-good movie doesn't elevate the mood you're in.

That doing the things you normally love to do seems pointless.

And even though you don't know the reason behind this sadness, don't try asking yourself.

It could be a lot of things.

So just be sad.

And it will go away.

Eventually.
